The Skills Nova Scotia
Framework provides the organizational structure to better
coordinate skill development activities that support Nova
Scotians preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.
The co-ordination of these activities will improve our
capacity to create a responsive labour force prepared to
deal with work in the changing economy.
